My hobby

One of the hobbies i enjoy takes up most of my saturday. I play and i coach my sisters team. My hobby is Netball.

I have been playing netball for 8 years and i have missed my sleep in every saturday for a sport.

I enjoy it. This season my team was graded to high for our skill, we were in 17 and under 3 and then we got put down to 17 and under 4 but we still only have won one game this season. The feeling of winning only one game this season was one of the best things, and winning with only 6 players was even better.

As i said i co-coach my younger sisters team with my mum, the club basiclly only put me with my mum because the parents sometimes (dont know the word but its like insult???) but mum lets me do everything she just steps in if things get nasty.

My sister and i both practically play the same postition. We both shoot and defend quite well. I love coaching escpecially because we had 2 girls that had never played a game of netball. It was good to see them devolp into good players through the season. One girl of our team was selected to try out for the Representative team for the Association. Which was really good.

Another sport i do is AMF ten pin bowling every Friday night with my brother and sister. I play with 5-12 year old and its great how they can even beat me!! There is a boy that was put into our team for bowling and he is really good and so energetic when my brother, sister or i or even himself get pins down:)

at this point of time

As i sit here logging into myspace and chatting to my friends, i begin to think about the future. will we even have one?? will our children even know what the seasons mean?? Will our childrens children know what water even tastes let alone looks like. I think that WE at this time should be worried about if we will see our 40th birthday.

During the past year i have begun to get confused about what season we are in. For example. raining on christmas day!!! snow up in the dandenongs??? and this is the middle of summer!!!

We had 25-30 degree days in March and it was Autumn nearly Winter time

With all the new technology we are making we are using more and more electricity and power that it is making fossil fuels which is causing global warming.

i was watching the news and an article about the Beijing olympics came in. I could not believe how much the air was polluted and they had done so much, for example cut down there car use closed down factories and made construction work become delayed. Those actions still did not do much. This shows that however much we do the problem will still be there.

Yeh thats my rave for the week, ill be quiet now lol

My First Blog

hello, this is sort of my first time ever doing this kinda of thing, i highly doubt i would ever use this and write in it every week, but oh well.

My full name i wont release in the world wide web but i will use my nick name in which EVERY one calls me

My name is Cari and im finally 16 years old. i go to an all girls school in the middle of the bush, and its about 40 minutes from Melbournes CBD and im in year 10

I LOVE playing netball. Basically if your looking for me on a Saturday go to the netball courts. Although my team is losing every week of the season we still go out there and have some fun.

I work at a local supermarket as a checkout chick and i love the people that i have met by doing it.

I think Homophobic people are just the most stupid people in the world. Theres no hurt in loving something regardless of its gender or stuff.

I am the eldest of 3 children. But I have a 20 year old half sister in Nicaragua whom i have never met.

My ambition in life is to help people in the medical field.

At school i love maths and science. But i dont really like english.

Racist is the most degrading thing i have ever heard of. Due to a subject that i took at school last semster i have learnt what a menace it is to society.

I have been on crutches two times due to falling down stairs. i also have chipped a tooth faliing down stairs as well.
